Tips, tricks, life-hacks to support happiness
Happiness springs from the ground of our real lives. We all wish to be happy. We can set an intention to be happy and support happiness. We wish happiness for others.
In our real lives we deal with anger, grief, stress, fatigue, money troubles, conflict and other strong emotions and difficult situations. How skillfully we react to these troubles will determine how resilient we can be.
This approach of wishing happiness for ourselves and for others relies on the concept of ‘mindfulness’ as a practice. This particular mindfulness finds a basis in specific tenets of Buddhist philosophy and simple practices.
We also can cultivate the ground from which our happiness springs by engaging in healthful activities. Eating healthy food, exercising our bodies and our minds.
